The role:
StayMarquis is currently seeking a Sales Agent who is based in the Hamptons and will report directly to the VP of Business Development. This is a full-time position based in Water Mill. The Sales Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional client service while achieving his or her sales goals. This role is client facing daily, which requires a passion for working with people and helping provide a first-class experience.

As a successful Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to) the following:

· Own the end-to-end sales process: Initial inquiry, lead qualification, pipeline building, and close
· Be the go-to person for all inbound traveler inquiries
· Facilitate the booking process for potential travelers
· Understand travelers’ needs and recommend properties that best suit what they’re looking for
· Conduct showings at properties for renters or buyers who express interest
· Work directly with homeowners to align on the best property strategy to optimize bookings
· Provide exceptional customer service to travelers to ensure an excellent StayMarquis experience
· Generate and build upon relationships with local realtors and travel agents
· You are a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the StayMarquis team

What we’re looking for:
· At least 6 months of professional experience, sales, client relations, hospitality are preferred
· NYS Salespersons license is required
· Living locally in the Hamptons is required
· A desire to be in the real-estate industry
· A people first attitude and a desire to help others succeed
· Strong teamwork mentality
· The ability to solve complex problems independently
· Comfort in a highly dynamic environment
· Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
· Someone willing to work in a non-traditional schedule which may include conducting showings on nights and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
